Database Downtime

We are pleased to announce that we will shortly be moving to a new membership and qualifications database with JustGo.

We are confident that this will be an easier system for our members to use and offers some fantastic options such as:

·    Digital membership and qualification passes which give real-time licence status

·    Automatic reminders for credential expiry

·    Subscription option for your annual membership renewal

·    The option to add-on* JustGo Rewards which offers discounts on a huge range of products.  Offers will vary, but currently there are discounts with Apple, Snow+Rock, TUI holidays, Oakley, Converse, Nike, and many more.

*On selected membership products

The new JustGo database will go live to our members at the start of October, but please note that the existing Sportlomo database will be switched off from 20th September.
This means that our members and staff will be unable to access or make changes to our membership and qualifications database from 0001hrs on Friday 20th September until 0900hrs on Tuesday 1st October.

Please ensure that you hold a suitable membership for your requirements prior to 20th September.
