Ski Instructor
Newmilns Snow and Sports Complex is a dynamic and evolving organisation dedicated to changing people’s lives. We help people develop confidence, motivation and employment skills through snow sports. We work with children and adults, schools and youth groups. The most direct benefit of our work is delivered to disadvantaged or hard to reach groups. To achieve this we offer recreational skiing and snowboarding as well as children’s parties.
We need your help to deliver snow sports and develop opportunities for individuals by providing a great learning experience to our guests.
Our Instructors teach guests to ski according to SSS/BASI standards in a safe and fun environment. Instructors are dressed in uniform and are role models for our guests, as such, they are expected to behave in a professional manner at all times.
Instructors should be available to work weekends and holidays, these being our busiest periods.
Head Coach
Based in Aviemore, Scotland on Cairngorm Mountain, Cairngorm Ski Club (CSC) has been providing performance ski coaching to young athletes aged 8-18 since 1974. The club has a history of producing successful racers, coaches and people with a love for the sport of ski racing.
The club has an ambitious development plan, which the Head Coach will play a key role in delivering. We train on snow on Cairngorm Mountain (or other Scottish resorts dependant on weather conditions). We have an active winter schools programme and oJer dry land training when weather dictates.
This is a fixed-term contract until 30/04/2025 with the prospect to extend to 1 year initially.

Nordic Committee Volunteer Vacancy
We are looking for an active member of the Nordic community to join the Snowsport Scotland
(SSS) Nordic Committee. Applicants should be excited about the future of cross-country skiing in Scotland and willing to get stuck into committee responsibilities and proiects. The job would involve 2 hour evening meetings per quarter plus pre-reading.

Snowsports Instructor
Glencoe Mountain Resort is looking for passionate Snowsports Instructors
to deliver high-quality ski and snowboard lessons, assist with equipment
rentals, and provide exceptional customer service. You’ll be a key part
of ensuring guests of all ages and abilities enjoy a safe and fun
learning environment while representing the resort professionally.
In this dynamic role, you’ll teach lessons, prepare and issue rental
equipment, assist with bookings, and support resort operations as
needed, including helping with events or working in other departments
during busy times. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a commitment to
excellent service are essential, as weekends, holidays, and evenings are
our busiest periods.
Full-time staff work at least 5
days per week, while part-time staff receive the same rate with
alternative duties assigned if lessons are canceled. Employment runs
from early December to May (snow-dependent).
