SSS CEO Post Now Open

Snowsport Scotland is currently looking for a new person to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer and lead the organisation into the next Olympic cycle.
There has never been a better time to be part of Snowsport Scotland, which over the past four years has achieved significant success in growing our membership and establishing performance programmes that are supporting more and more athletes to compete on the world stage.
Snowsport Scotland currently employs a team of 16 staff, including 10 dedicated coaching posts. The organisation is proudly represented by 10,000 members and across its 6 performance programmes supports over 75 Scottish athletes striving to compete at Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
With our new 4 year strategy from 2022-2026 being completed in the coming months, this provides an excellent opportunity for a new CEO to contribute to and shape our vision for the next four years, to further drive forward the development of snowsports in Scotland.
This exciting leadership role will provide the right candidate with a fantastic opportunity to lead a highly motivated team, working alongside an engaged Board of Directors and across the whole snowsports sector in Scotland. This role would suit an experienced sports administrator, but equally we are interested to receive applications from ambitious young leaders who can demonstrate that they have the skills and experience to step up to a CEO role in a growing Scottish Governing Body of Sport.
