Snowsport Scotland’s Fife Roller Ski Event and Scottish Roller Ski Championships 2021

Taking place on Saturday 7 August at Fife Cycle Park.

Register online with on the day bib collection from 12:00. Online entry closes at 11:30pm on Wednesday 4 August.

The racing kicks-off at 12:30 for the novices which is open to EVERYONE of all ages.

All races will be time trial starts. There will be covid measures in place to make the day as safe as possible for all competing, watching and helping out.

Race details:

Novice* (all ages) = 1.0 km – 2x 500 m “hairdryer” loop

U12 | U14 = 3.2 km – 2x 1.6 km full lap

U16 | U18 F = 6.4km – 4x 1.6 km full lap

Open event** = 6.4km – 4x 1.6 km full lap

U16 | U18 M = 9.6 km – 6x 1.6 km full lap

Senior | Vet = 9.6 km – 6x 1.6 km full lap

*To compete in novice you must have done fewer than 3 roller ski races previously

**The Open Event is for all ages as a stepping stone between Novice races and senior categories

Ticket prices include an online processing fee and help to pay for the facility hire. Prices for the 2021 races are:

£10 for U18s or students

£17.50 for adults

If you are not a individual SSS member or part of a Snowsport Scotland (SSS) affiliated club, Snowsport England club (SSE) or don’t have you’re own liability insurance please purchase a Day SSS Membership ticket along with your race entry to make sure you are insured to race.
