Snowsport Scotland is deeply saddened to hear that Lewis Grant has passed away.

Lewis was hugely influential in Scottish ski racing, especially schools racing and was also involved with Snowsport Scotland for many years.

He was also the Rector at Grantown Grammar School and encouraged many to participate and thrive in the Cairngorm Sports Development Training, run by Frith Finlayson, which later morphed into Cairngorm Ski Club training.
