Sport plays an integral part in providing opportunities for everyone and the ability to remove barriers and overcome prejudice. 

Over the past few months, Snowsport Scotland has developed a 4 year Equality Action Plan, informed by the Equality review completed by staff, Board and members. As an organisation, we have listened and now have a responsibility to act. Each objective set out, aims to make sure that no athlete, coach or member faces additional barriers of gender, sexuality, race or age. 

Help us be better. Whose hidden stories deserve telling? Whose voices can we amplify? What is being done in your snowsports community to promote inclusivity and diversity?
