There was some great racing at the Scottish Dry Slope Alpine Championships at Midlothian Snowsports Centre this weekend, which saw both Nicole Ritchie and Sophie Anderson do the Ladies and Girls Double, respectively, taking both Slalom and Giant Slalom titles.  In Saturdays Men's Slalom Adam Hay took the title from Scott Waitt by only 0.25seconds with Scott getting his own back in Sunday's Giant Slalom taking the title ahead of Adam.  Saturdays Boys Slalom was won by Lewis Calder, with Lewis McKey getting the honors in the Boys Giant Slalom.  With over 120 competitors each day and some great weather it made for a brilliant weekend of racing.  Thanks must go as always to the volunteers that make these events happen as well as the sponsors: Ski Racing Supplies, Ski Bartlett and Craigdon Mountain Sports.
